- Only make a payment if you have taken a service from Web Host Nepal and have an unpaid invoice in your client portal, or have received an unpaid reminder.
- Always verify the amount, the service and the account number against your invoice, or by calling our representative.
- You can also settle an invoice with the payment methods built into the client portal, including eSewa, Khalti and PayPal.
- Double-check every detail before you send. A payment to the wrong account, or without an invoice number, is slow to trace.
- If you have paid incorrectly, call customer support immediately or email us your payment voucher or screenshot.
